Dr Freskida Goni
TenU Events and Communications Manager
Supporting the activities of TenU, an international collaboration of leading tech transfer offices created to capture and share effective practices in research commercialisation. The members of TenU are the tech transfer offices of the universities of Cambridge, Columbia, Edinburgh, Imperial College London, KU Leuven, Manchester, MIT, Stanford, Oxford and UCL.
Prior to joining Cambridge Enterprise, Freskida worked as a Research Scientist at Graz University of Technology, focusing on the high-yield production, chemical functionalisation and characterisation of 2D nanomaterials. She was also responsible for teaching the General Chemistry Laboratory course.
Freskida completed her PhD in Chemistry with distinction at Graz University of Technology. Her scientific work has been peer-reviewed and published, and she has participated in various international conferences where she won several Best Talk and Best Poster Awards.
Freskida joined Cambridge Enterprise in January 2023.
