Commercialisation Associate (Physical Sciences)
As a Commercialisation Associate Elena helps inventors and academics commercialise their exciting discoveries.
Elena spent some time trying to commercialise her own PhD work which first exposed her to the sensational enterprise ecosystem around Cambridge. During her PhD, Elena developed transparent and flexible sensors, largely for consumer electronics applications, in the Materials department at Imperial College London. Her master’s and bachelor’s degrees are in Chemistry with Nanotechnology from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh.
Elena joined Cambridge Enterprise in January 2023.
