Emma Kay is a Global Outreach Executive, working in the Ecosystem Initiatives & Partnerships team.

Supporting on delivering hands-on consultancy, training and visit programmes and key projects in the Partnerships strategy. This also includes events and support within the innovation agenda.

Previously, Emma worked at Arm Ltd for ten years, supporting C-Suite and Senior Leaders as an Executive Assistant as well as driving operational excellence and involvement in cross functional projects.

Emma has recently attended an AI for Executive Assistants course with Pitman Training.

Emma joined the team in February 2026.
