Kelvin is a Starts & Events Associate at Founders at the University of Cambridge.

He is responsible for scaling their programs as well as setting high operational standards for them. He oversees technology-tools, data, operations, and events across all Founders programs within Cambridge Enterprise.

Kelvin is a tinkerer at heart and is the Founder and Innovation Advisor at Obsessive Innovations where he built a Talent Accelerator for innovators looking to build ventures and products. He was also previously a Product Manager at Schmidt Futures by Eric Schmidt with a background in building and scaling tools/products. He has a Masters from the Alliance Manchester Business School in Innovation Management as well as degree in Computer Science from Ashesi University.

Kelvin joined Cambridge Enterprise in July 2024.
