Cambridge Enterprise Seed Funds has come a long way since its initial starting point in the University in 1995. We have grown our evergreen fund from what was then a £2m pot -- through a combination of fundraising and stellar returns -- to what is now a £15m fund with a large and active portfolio.

In all this time we have been exceptionally privileged to reside at the heart of the Cambridge cluster, engaging with many different University staff, across many sectors, to help their exciting new businesses take shape.

If you are interested in working in the heart of Europe’s most successful technology cluster, with the responsibility to create the next generation of world changing technology companies, check us out.

Now we have more exciting news – we’re expanding. Not through the over-indulgence of cake — although that is one of our favourite pastimes — but by growing the team to provide even more support to our University academics, postdocs and students. We’re currently advertising for an Investment Associate to help develop information and communication technology companies (it’s an entry level investment role), and will shortly be recruiting for one or more Investment Managers to lead activity in the physical sciences sector.

We look forward to hearing from you.
