Oakley Carr

Oakley is Senior Global Outreach Executive, working with international institutions to deliver programmes as part of the International Outreach Programme.

He works with the rest of the Global Outreach team to support the design and implementation of short- and long-term programmes for international delegations.

Oakley has previous experience in Cambridge Enterprise’s TD&L team where he worked with academics to translate their research into impact through commercialisation as part of the Arts Humanities and Social Sciences Team.

Additionally, Oakley has worked on the Postdoc Venture Creation Challenge supporting postdocs in developing early-stage ventures across healthcare, life sciences and climate tech.

Oakley holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Exeter and an MA in Russian Studies from University College London focusing on Russian history and culture of the 19th century.
