Ideas to RealityOver the last 20 years, countless University of Cambridge researchers, innovators and entrepreneurs have worked with Cambridge Enterprise to help translate their ideas, expertise and discoveries into new opportunities for societal and economic impact.
Created to celebrate our 20th anniversary, this short film brings together some of the people behind those ideas. From pioneering therapies and climate technologies to quantum innovation and social impact initiatives, it showcases the ambition, creativity and determination that drive innovation across Cambridge.
Originally premiered at Ideas to Reality 2026, the film reflects on two decades of achievement while looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities that will inspire the next generation of innovators.
