Sofia Spiegel-Renshaw
Operations Assistant
Sofia is part of the People & Culture team at Cambridge Enterprise.
She works across recruitment, onboarding, people operations and employee experience initiatives.
Since joining Cambridge Enterprise in 2023, she has contributed to a number of projects and programmes, including recruitment campaigns, the Work Experience Programme and people-focused process improvement initiatives.
Sofia achieved a Level 3 Business Administration qualification with distinction and is currently studying towards her CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
Sofia joined Cambridge Enterprise in September 2023.
