Office & Facilities Manager

As Office & Facilities Manager, Sinead’s priority is to ensure that all Cambridge Enterprise members of staff have access to a safe working environment.

Her role oversees H&S and facilities for the Hauser Forum as a whole, not just with the Cambridge Enterprise office space. She works closely with the Maintenance team from the University to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the physical infrastructure of the building to make sure it is well maintained.

Sinead see’s employee wellbeing and experience as an important part of any company and creating a nice, welcoming and friendly environment for all employees is her primary focus. This aspect of her role is varied and ranges from organising employee lunches to ensuring ergonomic needs are met.

Recent achievements include leading on the project of the ground and first floor renovations of the Hauser Forum, to make better use of the space and accommodate the changing needs of building users. This included creating new and dynamic workspaces and creating meeting rooms which leave a lasting impression with visitors.

Sinead holds a BA hons in Politics from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Sinead joined Cambridge Enterprise as Office Administrator in November 2013, was promoted to Office Manager in October 2014 and promoted again to Office & Facilities Manager in September 2022.
