Saran Mullen-Yates
Operations Manager
Saran is the Operations Manager for Entrepreneurship & Ecosystems.
Saran supports the planning and delivery of programmes, events and strategic initiatives across the team. She works closely with colleagues across Cambridge Enterprise to coordinate activity, strengthen operational delivery and support initiatives that connect entrepreneurs, researchers, industry and investors.
Prior to joining Cambridge Enterprise, Saran was Programme Coordinator at the Centre for Climate Repair at the University of Cambridge, where she supported research and engagement activity focused on the development of climate restoration technologies. She also brings operational and team leadership experience from the energy industry.
Saran holds a BSc in Oceanography from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from the University of Westminster.
Saran joined Cambridge Enterprise in May 2026.
