People & Culture LeadAs People & Culture Lead Natalie sits within our People and Culture team, where she plays a key role in supporting our colleagues and driving excellence in recruitment and onboarding at Cambridge Enterprise.
She is responsible for delivering effective recruitment strategies, overseeing the onboarding of new talent, and providing professional people support across the organisation. Natalie works closely with teams throughout Cambridge Enterprise to shape our approach to hiring and to ensure new colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their time with us.
With a broad generalist background, Natalie brings extensive experience in both recruitment and operational HR. Prior to joining Cambridge Enterprise, she held roles at Organon Laboratories and Mundipharma International. Most recently, she was People Business Partner at Genie Ventures Ltd., where she led on recruitment and HR operations.
