Kimberley Mensah
People LeadLeading the employee experience at Cambridge Enterprise, Kimberley is responsible for delivering strategic people initiatives that empower teams and enhance the entire employee journey.
Her role spans the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention, ensuring a high-performing and supportive workplace culture.
In addition to managing core HR operations, Kimberley oversees critical processes that underpin compliance, engagement, and organisational success.
Before joining Cambridge Enterprise, Kimberley held several key roles across the fashion and beverage industries. She served as People Operations Manager at Belstaff Ltd, Office Manager at Stella McCartney, and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Campari Group.
She is CIPD Level 3 qualified and is currently pursuing her CIPD Level 5 qualification. She also holds an APM Project Management qualification and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Kimberley joined Cambridge Enterprise in April 2025.
