Joe Wilson

Joe is the Facilities Assistant at Cambridge Enterprise.

Joe supports the smooth operation of the workplace by managing day-to-day facilities tasks. This includes coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring health and safety standards are met, handling office supplies and assisting with space management. His role focuses on creating a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Previously, Joe worked at Cambridge Innovation Parks where he combined client services with facilities support, acting as a key point of contact for tenants and visitors. He managed front-of-house operations, handled enquiries and provided administrative assistance while overseeing building maintenance and service coordination.

Joe joined Cambridge Enterprise in October 2025.
