Emily Arnold Senior Associate

Emily is a Senior Associate for Founders at the University of Cambridge where she focuses on strategy and operations under managing director, Gerard Grech.

Previously, Emily worked as part of the Ventures team building capacity for supporting and investing in social ventures. She sits on the board of ImpactU, a joint initiative across Cambridge, Oxford, LSE, Coventry, Northampton and more to invest in and support social ventures with a £1.2M UKRI grant.

Prior to joining Cambridge Enterprise, Emily worked as a consultant in Washington, D.C. across the U.S. entrepreneurial ecosystem. She was recognized as one of the Washington Business Journal’s 25 under 25 and one of the Northern Virginia Tech Council’s NextGen Leaders for her work.

Emily holds a master’s degree in development studies from the University of Cambridge and a bachelors degree from Georgetown University in English, environmental science, and entrepreneurship.
