Dr Suzy Dilly
Associate Director (Life Sciences)
Suzy is responsible for managing and developing innovation and intellectual property for commercialisation as part of the Life Sciences team.
After learning commercialisation processes hands-on through leading a Warwick University spin-out company to exit, Suzy has served as a director of privately held therapeutic and pharma services companies and as CSO, then CEO of AIM-listed biotech ValiRx PLC. She has acted as business mentor across several commercialisation schemes, including through Innovate’s ICURe programme and through the Northern Triangle network. She currently also serves as a Trustee of the charity Leukaemia Care.
She holds PhD and BSc in Chemistry from Loughborough University.
Suzy joined Cambridge Enterprise in September 2025.
