Dr Rupert Friederichsen

Rupert has worked in international charities as a training manager (CISV International) and programme manager (Worldwide Radiology) from 2011 and is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences with and for diverse groups of learners.
Rupert carried out field research in Vietnam from 2002-2005 on which his PhD on participatory agricultural research is based. He researched rural innovation and was a lecturer at Sheffield and Manchester Metropolitan Universities in development geography and environmental management.
Rupert is a Chartered Manager and member of the Chartered Management Institute. He joined Cambridge Enterprise in October 2023.
