Marina is a Commercialisation Associate in the Physical Sciences team.
She identifies and evaluates new technologies arising from University research, supporting academics with the protection of their intellectual property and commercialisation of their research outputs.
Prior to joining Cambridge Enterprise, Marina worked as a Research Analyst at the University of Cambridge. Amongst her main responsibilities, Marina conducted research and analysis of international projects and partnerships, providing analytical trends and insightful data that allowed the University to forge strategic partnerships with external institutions.
Marina holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge. As a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions fellow, she developed her PhD through a research collaboration between Cambridge University and a Start-up Company in the Netherlands. Her thesis focused on the development of adsorbent materials for nutrient recovery from waste streams.
Marina joined Cambridge Enterprise in December 2024.
