Connor is a Programme Associate at Founders at the University of Cambridge.

He is responsible for developing our programmes further, particularly in identifying great current and future founder talent. He focuses on enabling Cambridge students, academics, and alumni to build ventures faster.

Connor is a former Associate Student Investment Partner at Creator Fund, a deep tech VC fund investing exclusively in university start-ups and spinouts. He is experienced in scouting and assessing academic ventures, and he recognises the challenges researchers face when commercialising their ideas. He joined the team at Founders driven by the ambition to accelerate academic venture creation.

Connor joined Cambridge Enterprise in April 2024.
