Supporting university-industry collaborations in the creative sector

The aim of Creative Cambridge is to support this community, sharing information and making visible experts and practitioners who are open to collaboration and conversation.
The city of Cambridge has a worldwide reputation for its contribution to the creative industries, especially innovations in gaming technology. Despite this richness, it can be hard for individuals to navigate the networks and support services which span the universities and local creative networks, perhaps especially for freelancers and micro-companies, new start-ups, and for individual academics or students.

Focused on university-industry collaboration, our Creative Cambridge newsletter shares updates and opportunities with this community.

Supporting this, the Creative Cambridge event aims to spark constructive conversations between Cambridge researchers and industry experts in the creative sector. Featuring a programme of talks, round-tables, pitches and networking, Creative Cambridge highlights some of the best work of academics in humanities, social sciences and technology, addresses challenges and identifies opportunities for industry collaboration.
