Hybridoma cell line producing IR 18-44 antibodies raised against the beta subunit of the human insulin receptor which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG2b isotype. Has has been shown to cause up to 50% inhibition of insulin binding and has been used in western blots, immunoprecipitation and blocking assays.
