Hybridoma cell line producing IGF-1R 24-57 antibodies raised against the human insulin-like growth factor receptor, which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG1 isotype. Has been shown to cause >80% inhibition of IGF binding and has been used for immunoprecipitation and blocking assays.
