As part of the All Staff Survey 2025, Cambridge Enterprise is offering staff the chance to win one of six prizes, including a £500 John Lewis & Partners gift voucher. By completing the survey, you’ll be automatically entered into the prize draw. Please read the full Terms and Conditions below to understand how the draw works and what you need to know.
Promoter
The promoter is Cambridge Enterprise, University of Cambridge, Hauser Forum, 3 Charles Babbage Road, Cambridge CB3 0GT.
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to University of Cambridge Staff Survey 2025 participants who are a UK resident and University of Cambridge employees aged 18 years or over, except employees of Cambridge Enterprise or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
How to enter
To enter, participants must complete the All Staff Survey 2025 in full and will then be automatically entered into the free prize draw. All surveys should be completed and submitted online via the link provided by email to the participant. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.
Opening and closing dates
The prize draw opens 12pm on 17 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 PM on 8 December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included.
If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when submitting online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete submissions and any incomplete submissions will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any submissions which are not completed for any reason.
Prizes
The prizes are as follows:
One (1) x £500 John Lewis & Partners gift voucher (or, if preferred, a donation of the same value to a charity of the winner’s choice)
Five (5) x £100 John Lewis & Partners gift vouchers (or equivalent charity donations)
Prizes are are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected at random using a computer process that produces verifiably random results on 12 December 2025.
Winners will be notified via their University of Cambridge email address within five (5) working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within ten (10) working days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The prizes will be sent to the winners electronically within ten (10) working days of being notified of their win.
Publication of winners
The surname and county of the winners will be available on request by emailing Marketing.Admin@enterprise.cam.ac.uk within 30 days of the closing date. Entrants may object to the publication of their details by contacting the promoter. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email to Marketing.Admin@enterprise.cam.ac.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The Promoter will not make use of the prize winners’ details in any publicity.
Data protection
Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and in accordance with Cambridge Enterprise’s Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the prize draw concludes.
General
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Governing Law
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The prize draw will be governed by the law of England and Wales and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
