Welcome to Ideas to Reality 2025

Our annual showcase of the successful translation of world-changing research, ideas and expertise from across the University of Cambridge into commercial reality.

This evening, you’ll hear first-hand accounts of innovation impact from those most closely involved, including our academic colleagues and members of the commercialisation team.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with representatives from the University, as well as Cambridge’s business, investment, and mentoring communities, all of whom play a vital role in shaping our distinctive innovation ecosystem.

Getting to King’s College

King’s College is located on King’s Parade, in the centre of Cambridge. When you arrive, please go to the Porter’s Lodge where you’ll be directed to the College Bar to find our registration team.

There is no public parking at King’s College, but nearby car parks are just a short walk away. The closest is Grand Arcade on Corn Exchange Street, Cambridge, CB2 3QF.
