1. Nature of the Initiative
- I understand that London Leap is a non-financial, non-exclusive initiative.
- Participation does not constitute employment, investment, or a formal partnership with Cambridge Enterprise or its partners.
2. Application and Selection
- Selection is competitive.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee participation.
3. Duration and Structure
- If selected, participation will be for approximately six months.
- Final initiative details will be confirmed by Cambridge Enterprise.
4. Conduct and Behaviour
- I will act in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner.
- This applies to all interactions with Cambridge Enterprise, partner organisations, and other participants.
5. Access to Resources
- Participation may include access to workspace, events, and networks.
- Access is provided for ecosystem engagement purposes only.
- There is no guarantee of funding or commercial outcomes.
6. Policies and Compliance
- I will comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and conduct requirements of Cambridge Enterprise and partner organisations.
7. Representation and Branding
- I will not represent myself as an employee or authorised representative of Cambridge Enterprise, the University of Cambridge, or partners.
- I will not use logos or branding without prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
- I will treat non-public information as confidential.
- Additional agreements such as NDAs may be required.
9. Risk and Liability
- Participation is at my own risk.
- Cambridge Enterprise is not liable for commercial outcomes, funding decisions, or third-party actions.
10. Withdrawal of Participation
- Cambridge Enterprise may withdraw participation in cases of misconduct or reputational risk.
11. Further Documentation
- If selected, I may be required to sign a formal Participant Agreement and partner documentation.

By submitting my application and/or participating in the London Leap initiative, I confirm that I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
