Oliver Paul
Global Outreach Manager
As Global Outreach Manager, Oliver is responsible for supporting the EIP unit by managing requests for visits and trainings and designing programs coming to CE through the International Outreach Program.
Oliver comes to Cambridge Enterprise from the international development sector, and has previously worked in program support and delivery, managerial, and directorial roles for non-profit organisations in the USA, Australia, and Uganda.
He holds a BA in Political Science from the College of Wooster and an MA in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne.
Oliver joined Cambridge Enterprise in January 2025.
