As Executive Assistant to the CEO at Cambridge Enterprise, Kerry provides comprehensive executive support to Jim, our CEO.

She also collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Cambridge Enterprise Board, external stakeholders, and the University of Cambridge to foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication.

Before joining Cambridge Enterprise, Kerry spent 3.5 years at AstraZeneca as a Personal Assistant and Administration Team Lead within AstraZeneca’s Clinical Pharmacology and Safety Sciences department. Prior to that, she accumulated 6 years of experience in the motor industry, working with brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, and Porsche. Her roles combined Personal Assistant and people manager responsibilities, with a significant focus on operations, and stakeholder management.

Currently, Kerry is halfway through a BA Hons degree in Business Management at Aston University.

Kerry joined Cambridge Enterprise in January 2025.
