Hybridoma cell line producing IR CT-3 antibodies raised against the C-terminal portion of the human insulin receptor beta subunit which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG1 isotype. Has been shown to cross react with rat and mouse insulin receptors and has been used in western blots and immunoprecipitation assays. This reagent is available to license for internal research only.
