Dr Luca Mannocchi
Project Associate – Arts Humanities and Social Sciences (Commercialisation of Research out of Social Science)
Luca is a Project Associate (Commercialisation of Research out of Social Science) at Cambridge Enterprise.
His role is to coordinate activities to deliver the CRoSS Programme aimed at identifying new commercialisation projects, building researcher skills and confidence, and accelerating the progress of existing projects in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
Before joining Cambridge Enterprise, Luca worked in several academic and programme/project management positions. He was a research fellow in political economy at the University of Birmingham (School of Education) and a senior teaching fellow in International Economics at SOAS, University of London. He also worked as a programme manager and consultant in international organisations and NGOs, working on rural and private-sector development projects.
Luca holds a PhD in development economics from SOAS, University of London.
He joined Cambridge Enterprise in June 2022.
