14.45 – Lab Tour at the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy
Professor Judith Driscoll from the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy will guide us through the departments state of the art lab space.
The Department has a distinguished history of taking innovation through to realisation. For over half a century it has showed the world the way forward in the areas of corrosion, biomedical materials, physical metallurgy, GaN materials, composite materials and computer simulation of materials.
