ISG 75 Antigen (Invarient surface glycoprotein)

Invarient surface glycoprotein (ISG 75) Antigen is a recombinant protein produced in E. coli corresponding to the extracellular domain of ISG75. Soluble to >5 mg/ml in the absence of detergents. Potentially useful in the development of a serodiagnostic for human or animal infection with Tyrpanosoma bruei.
