A human B-cell lymphoma established from a pleural effusion of a 23-year-old woman with mediastinal lymphoblastic B-cell non-Hodgkin′s Lymphoma.

Hybridoma cell line producing IGF-1R 17-69 antibodies raised against the human insulin-like growth factor receptor (epitope 440-586) which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG1 isotype. Has been shown to cause 35–60% inhibition of IGF binding and has been used for immunoprecipitation and blocking assays.
