Hybridoma cell line producing 4A8 antibodies raised against soybean clathrin heavy chain which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG1 isotype. Useful for the study of clathrin distribution in a variety of plant cell systems including Arabidopsis and tobacco. Has been used for western blotting, immunofluorescence and immunoelectron microscopy.
