Human Z-alpha1 antitrypsin monoclonal antibody (anti-Z-AT clone 2C1)
Hybridoma cell line producing 2C1 antibodies which detect the abnormal polymeric conformation of human alpha1 antitrysin but not the native monomeric protein. Potentially useful for detecting individuals with antitrypsin deficiency that can lead to cirrhosis of the liver or cancer. Has been used for ELISA & Western Blotting.

To obtain a licence:
