Hybridoma cell line producing IGF-1R 1-2 antibodies raised against the extreme C-terminus of the human insulin-like growth factor receptor beta subunit which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG2a isotype. Cross reacts with rat and mouse IGF-1R. Has been used in affinity chromatography, western blots and immunoprecipitation.
