Human brain creatine kinase monoclonal antibody 2AC5 (anti human CK-BB)
Hybridoma cell line producing 2AC5 antibodies raised against human brain creatine kinase which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG1 isotype. Useful for diagnosing tissue injury, especially myocardial infarction and potentially useful as a marker for head injuries, some neurological disorders and certain malignancies. Can also be used to generate a specific and sensitive assay for brain creatine kinase.
