This publication scheme sets out what information we publish or intend to publish, how the information can be accessed and whether or not there will be a charge.
A guide to the information we publish
We try to provide as much company information as possible on the Cambridge Enterprise website. Many of the documents are in Word or PDF format and can be downloaded from the site free of charge. To read PDF documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free and available from Adobe.

A small charge may be applied for printed copies of some documents available on the Cambridge Enterprise website, to cover administrative costs.Information which falls into the following categories is not published as part of the scheme:
Information which Cambridge Enterprise does not hold
Information which is exempt under one of the FOI exemptions or Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) exceptions, or its release is prohibited under another statute
Information which is archived, out of date or otherwise inaccessible or if it would be impractical or resource-intensive to prepare the material for routine release.

Financial information including income, investment and expenditure information.Information in this category can be found via Companies House and on the websites for Cambridge Enterprise and the University of Cambridge. Information from our websites can be downloaded free of charge, though there may be a charge for accessing information from Companies House or other independent websites:

Board minutes are available on request from Cambridge Enterprise. This request can be made by emailing the Information Officer. Please state which company minutes you are requesting.

Current written protocols for delivering our functions and responsibilities. Much of the information in this category can be found on the websites for Cambridge Enterprise or the University of Cambridge:

Review of the publication scheme
This publication scheme follows the standard format required by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) from January 2009. The guide to the information available and the operation of the scheme will be reviewed annually. It was last reviewed September 2011.
