Dr Charlanne Ward
Charlanne Ward holds a Ph.D. in Optical Electronics and a degree in Electrical Information and Sciences from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Engineer. Following five years in optical research at Nortel, Charlanne became responsible for the commercialisation and management of Nortel's professional services portfolio in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Cambridge Enterprise Charlanne was an independent consultant in the areas of technology and business strategy with a particular interest in electronics and low carbon solutions.
